The Mermaid.

I named this one the mermaid because it does look mermaid like. 

First off its blue, second off theres an orange flower on the blue, somewhat near to what you'd see if you went scuba diving. 

Anyways.

A Vanilla Cupcake,

Frosted With A Blue Butter Cream,

Topped Off With A Orange Fondant Flower,

And Sprinkled With Pale Colored Sprinkles.
