The Fairy.

I named this cupcake "The Fairy" solely because it has fairy like colors, and sprinkles.

A Vanilla Cupcake,
Frosted With A Blue Frosting, 
Covered With Lines Of Pink Butter Cream,
Sprinkles With Lots Of Brightly Colored 100's and 1000's.`
